Applications Open Now for Comal ISD Safety & Security Task Force

In a letter to Comal ISD families and staff, Superintendent Dr. John E. Chapman III, announced that the application process to participate in the district's Safety & Security Task Force is open through May 8.

Pieper High School Lead Counselor Kristen Guerra received a surprise visit from H-E-B Buddy and the 2026 H-E-B Excellence in Education Awards crew announcing that she is a finalist in the annual program. This is the second time in her career to be named a finalist for these prestigious awards.
