Mayfair Elementary walkthrough Mayfair Elementary walkthrough Show Transcript we are standing here today at Mayfair Elementary School scheduled to be open in the fall of 2025 this campus will relieve the current Oak Creek Elementary schools and Frye Height Elementary Schools as you can tell construction is well on its way and things are looking really really good this again was approved by the voters with a 2023 Bond program and we appreciate your support we're currently standing in the front entrance where we will have cure vestibule leading over to the admin area where all of the offices will be located and down this way is the main Corridor that will take you to all of the education spaces as well as the library area of the campus mechanical electrical and plumbing is all underway we have permanent electricity already to the building as well as our chillers are already installed which is the main HVAC equipment for the campus so right here we're at the entrance to what would probably be the second grade Wing the school has 5 Wings very similar to this 1 where you have all of the classrooms housed in 1 place you have multiple collaboration areas with inside each 1 of these classroom spaces these will be Outdoor Learning areas these Courtyard spaces will have all kind of educational areas for children to learn in addition to this new facility is part of the current Bond programs we also have projects going on at Smithson Valley High School there is a complete renovation of the baseball complex also 1 of the really exciting projects we've been working on for a long time is the completion of the new playgrounds at every single elementary school so far we have completed 17 of the 18 elementary schools and we will have the last 1 completed by May of this year we're also working on Multi multiple projects around the district we have several HVAC and roof projects coming up at Frye height Oak Creek uh Clear Springs Elementary School in addition to a lot of athletic improvements that were in the middle of at Canyon Lake High School and multiple multiple other projects that thanks to your votes we are working on in our district
