Path to Success feature video highlighting the Career and Technical Education PALS program which connects high school students with elementary students as a peer mentoring program along with providing them with volunteer opportunities out in their communities. Students are able to give back to their community while also exposing them to different careers.

Pals is a program where basically um high schoolers are able to go out and they're able to help their community in multiple ways we also are able to get service worker certified um which is really nice and it helps us like prepare for the future and working with a different communities I have a buddy and me and him basically every Tuesday we play games spend time together get to know each other I have 2 younger sisters myself but not a brother and so kind of getting to work with him and spend every Tuesday with him it's great and I love getting to know him so we've have done Star bowling we went to Elf Louise and wrapped presents and we also went to the food bank today I was just playing a game with my body and it just helps me get to know her and just spend some money on 1 time with her and it helps prepare me for the future because I want to do something with kids so either like being a pediatric doctor so that just gets me involved with kids and really helps me like give back to my community and it's just a lot of fun being able to see the smile on his face and just being able to have an impact on his day and be able to bring happiness to him CT programs are really just helpful because they allowed me to figure out what I wanted to do and it's just been really nice being able to test different things out and be able to see what I want to do in the future
